A song written for Stonewall's fiancé and was actually used during the proposal.
This song was recorded on 9/10/2011 in a recording session at Paul Langford's studio in Chicago (paullangfordmusic.com) during a session originally intended to be a demo of five or songs. We were productive enough to go ahead and record a full album of songs.
lyrics
Hold you close to my chest,
Hold you, feel my breath,
This lightness in my head
Brightness filled and fed
Let me wrap my soul around yours
I have nothing for you but,
Easter sunrise kisses.
Feel my cold, cold heart
At your word it starts
The windshield of my mind
Defrosted, cleared and shined
Let me wrap my soul around yours
I have nothing for you but,
Easter sunrise kisses.
Be my puzzle piece
Sit your knees next to my knees
A lovely best best friend
My one and only end
Let me wrap my soul around yours
I have nothing for you but,
Easter sunrise kisses.
